Not a luxury hotel, but good for a short stay with small swimming pool and nice gym.

Worst experience ever. Pool party all night of the family of the owner so guests can't sleep. Absolutely mis-managed. When complaining owner starts screaming at you (yes at paying guests) and threatens to throw you out of his hotel.
Rooms very dirty. Staff don't wear face masks.
The pictures show the best, most expensive rooms - you can imagine how the rest of the hotel looks like.

Nice-looking hotel from the outside, and the lobby area is good. Our room had a nice lake view. Room only so-so with the bathroom marginally clean; shower leaks as well all over the floor. Since it included breakfast, it's a very good value for what we paid nonetheless.

The room is large and comfortable enough and kettle and instant coffee (no tea bags) is provided. There is a fridge freezer so you can purchase drinks, snacks and ice at the nearby 7 - 11 store. The hotel is well outside of the city so a car is essential for discovering the city attractions. There was no evening restuarant available (despite the claim on the booking site) although room service for meals (Thai language menu) was available until 22:00. The breakfast was easily the worst for European guests I have experienced in recent years. There are no cereals or fresh milk and only cheap white sliced bread is available. There was a choice of spicy chicken stew, rice and vegetables. There are fried eggs which are prepared in advance and left to go cold on an unheated steel tray alongside equally cold hot dogs. Hot water is provided together with instant coffee, tea bags and sachets of powdered creamer. Not a breakfast to put a smile on the faces of international guests.
