The cost/benefit ratio is absolute top. I wanted to stay in this area and have not invested much time in the search of the "best" hotel. For this price the stay including breakfast was excellent

the worst so called hotel so far.. this is not a hotel.. this is calle inn.. and i bet they don't clean the air conditioner and the fan... and please clean the toilet... and there was hole in my bed sheet and please throw away the towels that have dirty things.. and most of all the worst thing was that there were ants crawling into the bed sheets...:( if i could know all this situations, i would not have booked for it..

Close to Khon Kaen University but room need to renovated. Breakfast is acceptable. There is car parking also.

Bad experience here when hotel allowed workman to drill and bang in next door room until 8 pm. No apology. Until then hotel was my home away from home

Looks and feels like a prison. Dirty room and bathroom. Unfriendly staff. Very hard to find even with gps! No decorations in the room and wifi isn't working. And this is a 3-star hotel?
Avoid this place like the plague. Booked 3 nights but checked out after 1 night. Not even worth 1 star. Horrible! Going back to Orchid hotel which is much better and have very friendly staff.

Used to be better since I visited 4 years ago. Lots of broken parts in the room. Lousy noise from students in the hotel. The bathroom is habitat of fungus. Three stars for my (used to be) favourite place, frindly service and nice bed.

Everything is good. Pillows and bed is very good. Cleanliness, location, also has breakfast.
