Cheap hotel for price good enough forme it was 270 baht without air-conditioned 430 baht with air cond. Clean simple room nothing interesting . Location the best
.I did not use any service.I came this hotel many times when I was going to shot marathon events.

This hotel has been there for like 30 years but it has kept its condition well, not too old and still looks quite nice for a hotel this age which was a surprise for me. The room was very clean, with couches and tables. The bed was ok. A/c worked well without adjusting the temp and could be too cool if you tamper with it. Warm shower and tap water is nice for cool winter. There was just one power outlet for charger and nowhere else which was the only problem for me. Overall, it's perfect esp for less than 400 baht per night. Definitely will come again.

Rooms feel a bit tired even for 3 star but expected for cheaper hotel. Ok for a quick cheap stop.

Great hotel for over-nighters or for bedding down for a few nights if you're planning to spend a few days in Khon Kaen.

Good location within walking distance of the lake and nearby temple (if you're young and healthy) but the night market is some distance although there are regular songthaews.

Some good local restaurants nearby and the last time i stayed the little night food court opposite was still around but I think it may have moved now.

Staff were always friendly and helpful although none of them spoke much English at the time but were happy to help me along with my (very) broken Thai.

Rooms needed some work but no complaints for the price.

Seriously run down and tired hotel in desperate need of a good overhaul.
Mould in bathroom, air con ineffective and probably never cleaned or serviced, my room was not cleaned during my 4 day stay.
Wifi connection was strong but speed of 1Mbps was not enough for smooth YouTube.
But a good location, approximately 15 minutes walk from ferang bars next to Pullman Hotel and night market (small, just food and clothing).
Price was good at 425 baht per night.

Old hotel but central and good value.
Sheltered car park. Good Vietnamese breakfast opposite. Eggs in dish with French rolls and coffee. Walking distance to bus station.
