Great location and friendly staff, but the bathroom ceilings are riddled with mould. The air is musty and myself and my friend who stayed 4-5 nights in different rooms both had the worst sleeps of our lives here, we think because of the mould. This hotel needs serious renovations to clean out the mould. This place would be shut down for health and safety reasons in Europe, no doubt.

Probably the cheapest budget hotel in Khon Kaen. The place and room is clean but maintenance is poor. The aircon is noisy so I managed to change to another room to an even noisier aircon. The elderly lady at the reception can be grumpy at times. Location is great, the train station and lots of eateries are within walking distance around. There are 2 convenient stores, Family mart on the left and 7-11 on the right. You can even walk to Pullman and Kosa hotels where the bars and massage are.

Perfect hotel for a tour. Exterior looks quite dilapidated but the inside is more than enough. Staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful. Check in / out was a breeze. Location is within walking distance of the nightlife.

Dirty, rundown... Perfect for backpackers on a budget wanting a cheap but private place to stay.. Felt dirtier getting out of the shower

Hotel Ruen-Rom with excellent price / value in the heart of Khon-Kaen. 3 different floors with different prices for each floor. Stay here every time, when in Khon-Kaen.
