I could not sleep well with a lot of pain on my body related to neck accident. I asked for a less thick (small) pillow, they gave me a thick one and said not have small.
All the tiles are quite very slippery and the floor very uneven in manly places, some linkage in toilet, no soap provided for face wash but it has in shower.
No laptop friendly (to power point plug the laptop I had to remove bar fridge to find out it was very dirty behind. TV has very poor picture signal. When I went inside the bed the sheet perforated with my foot.
Location is very good.
I give one star for the reason my neck, shoulder and back are very stiff because of the big pillows, still have problem with neck after 5 days.

The hotel is conveniently located down town. The price is somewhat reasonable depending on your budget. I stayed in one room the first day and the building was having some internet issues. So, they upgraded me for the second night to a different building and that building had zero internet issues. The owner was very helpful and understanding regarding the internet. The room was clean, good customer service and very polite. They have wheelchair ♿ access, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, etc. I booked through Agoda and would definitely stay again if I'm in the area ????

WiFi didn’t work for 2 days, at all. House keeping loud starting at 7am talking and laughing both days. Not enough parking. They directed us where to park and then in morning we were called down to move the car. Had late night and asked not to be disturbed with a call to see if we would stay another night. After waking us up to move the car, fell asleep and they called us anyway. Woke up again. Hard to sleep here. Owner nice, for that reason only I may try this in the future.

Front desk at night was unwelcome at all. Day ship was unpleasant. Walk way smell really bad. You may stay with monthly resident and they put stingy shoes in front of their door. No elevator here! Don't leave your belonging in the room coz no one try to find for you even say something nice on the phone. Bye forever.

Good location but cleanliness could be improved. Bathroom sink was leaking which left a huge puddle every time I used it and hardly any water pressure
