Good small hotel, competitive room rate, many room types, small counter for some snacks and hot drinks with some quick meal area in lobby.
Lastly, good service mind and attentive staffs.

Economic but good hotel. Friendly staffs. Free desserts. Near a local bar.

This hotel is in the city but no public transportation , I came from KKC airport by khonkaen city bus ( loop route to and from airport to bus terminsl3), it took about 40 minutes with flat rate of 15 baht,if you don't have time ,take taxi. Getting off at Kanlaya school bus stop,I used GPS for walking 1 km long through Chivakhon road to the hotel. It's 5 storeyed building , 9 rooms on each floor.Lobby is well prepared for screening covid19, no in room telephone so plaese ask for username and password for wifi login.Room has hanging rod for cloths, refrigerator and flatscreen TV. Bathroom floor is slippery when getting wet so be careful. ITS Neighbor is pub and bar area which is not too noisy when stay in Room. Disadvantage is quite far from nearest convenient stores for buying snacks or daily products. There is parking lot for private car.

My family and I loved it. The service was good and simple, we had no trouble checking in and out. It was quick and easy. Therefore we got to the airport in time for our flight. The downside is they do not have breakfast. However, there is a good sushi place and restaurant right across the street, and also free drinks like coffee and hot chocolate 24/7. I am definitely coming back here the next time we need a stay in Khonkaen! Compared to the other places I have stayed, I would say this was worth the money. In fact, I think with the price you spend it is more than worth it! I really recommend staying here!

Brand new lobby, just renovated. Small corner can be used as working space. Love it!
