It is a in a narrow soi that floods heavily after strong rain. My superior room didn't have water kettle and coffee but lobby has those stuff. It is far from central plaza, you need grab taxi as walking or songthaew is not possible. There are some restaurants and 7-eleven nearby

Good service, friendly staffs, quiet and cheap but you should be careful if you wanna go to 7-11 on the main road at night there is a gang of dogs on the road in front of the hotel.

I was stay at Non C park hotel 2 times. This s Very Cheap price and high quality best cleaness room and best of pillow and blanket I recommend to reservation there.

A wonderful place to stay in Khon Kaen and a very welcoming family running the hotel. I can not think of a better place in the City of Khon Kaen or this whole region. I previously stayed here for 3 months and have plans to return very soon.

The rooms are cleaned every day and supplied with freshly laundered linen and towels. Spacious and quiet rooms, many with lovely elevated views accross the city. The centre of Khon Kaen is a short walk away, yet the location is peaceful and usually has a fresh breeze.
The bathroom sizes are generous and the rooms have wifi, cable television, a refidgerator and nice quiet air conditioning.

Clean and comfortable, friendly and in a great location, I could not want for more.
