Great location, clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and very good English. The rooms just starting to get a little bit out dated but great value for money.

First room we were ready to have shower before bed and found no hot water, had to repack and move rooms , which only had hot water to shower, on a plus the buffet breakfast had good selection and very good.

Just renovate room with spacious and good price. Nice chinese restaurant. Recommend grill pork.

I had to stay here 1 night as per the Thai Test u0026 Go scheme. Very friendly staff, room was very spacious and bed huge. Breakfast was buffet with Thai and western food and was delicious. Very pleased with my stay

It's not like it used to be. We stayed 4 years ago in 2018 and now we came again in 2022. As soon as we walked in we could tell it was different, no one greeting us at the door, no one helping us with our luggage, a bad smell like stale water in the lobby. And the first room they gave us was horrible, a terrible view of a wall with dirty windows, a dirty bathroom and tiny room. We unfortunately couldn't refund our room because we booked via Agoda. We ended up payed extra to stay in a nicer room, but it wasn't much better. We still found the bed to be dirty (we found hairs on the sheets) and the bathroom counter was dirty and not cleaned. Kosa hotel is not like we remembered it and we will not be coming back the next time we are in Khon Kaen.

We spent one night here to break a long drive in June 2021. The whole country was still in pandemic mode and there were very few guests staying. Personally, i value the service quality of a hotel above all else and at this hotel that was top quality. It's clear to me that this is normally a business trip hotel rather than for vacation or tourist. The rooms were quite small and a little out-of-date, however they were tidy, clean and fully functional. The common areas were quite classy, smart and clean. Breakfast was good with the cooked portion served by a waiter and toast, cereal etc available from a self-service buffet.
I fail to understand other reviewers complaint about the distance to the car park. We stopped directly outside the foyer, unloaded the luggage and my wife checked us in whilst i parked the car. I counted 80 paces from the car to the front door, call it 60 meters...

One night stay for covid test. Very good rooms although my room was a bit dated. Staff were excellent friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay there again.
