Outrageous unprofessional behavior of nurses -giggling and laughing when listening to conversation of patients and doctors then gossip between each other and giggles... Disrespectful, bothering intimacy. Out of the doctor very poor English communication...

Hospital makes an issue about payment just Because 'our hospital policy if farang we don't accept insurance'.
Tooks 10 minutes to be listened and have a chance to say that my insurance had Thai representative...

Finally 'if you have insurance you have to tell because the doctor needs to make a medical report'....
When my appointment was set the day before by an Thai insurance....

Next intersection there is Bangkok hospital....

Always had good experience in this hospital. But now they stopped accepting payment guarantees from non-Thai health insurance companies (even from those using Thai intermediary companies). The patient needs to pay directly and immediately. That's not how health insurances should work. Very bad decision from the hospital. I transferred to another hospital.

Very poor service, especially for a private hospital.

At my stay there I had two different Orthopaedic doctors. The first one was very kind and attentive and had that been my only experience I would have no complaints. However, the second doctor that I had to see for the rest of my stay was very rude and had no control over his emotions. He was cold and had a bad attitude since the first day. If he were to carry out my surgery I would definitely not feel safe or comfortable with someone who has no control over their emotions and shows no care or concern for me as a patient. After complaining to the reception, the only response I was met with was a smile. Very disappointing.

Additionally, the nurse who provided my medicine just left it on the table without informing me. The nurse also didn't bother bringing any water and I had to ask a maid who came in later.

I have been to this hospital many times and the service seems to be worst with every stay. I will definitely not be returning, paying the price of a private hospital only to receive very poor service.

One star is still too much. The worst Covid PCR test I ever had and I had over 7 already. The nurse put the stick to deep into the nouse almost into the brain. I had 3 days terrible headache. This headache happen now the third times already but in this hospital the test was the worst. Also put the nurse the stick way to deep into the mouth deep into the throat. I told her to be careful but I guess she didn't care much and she was quite rude. Maybe she likes to hurt the patient. :-(

I have problem with hair fall,then make appointment to see a doctor.she check up carefully then suggest me for good shampoo,hair spray.i can see the result getting better real fast.i think experience doctor,great quality of products,prices too high but if problem fix then worth it.also dentist did great job.allergy doctor also great.all problem I Haverhill hospital fix it all.so no complain.????????????????????
