Good that we were able to leave the car in one of the few slot of the parking lot.
The room was not so small and it was clean.
The window's room was facing on the main road but it was not so noisy and we slept good.
Two choices for breakfast with small portion.
I would recommend the kitchen staff to wear mask while preparing the food for the guests.
Not so far the Central Khonkaen Mall that we have reached by walking in 10 minutes.

Well situated, the price is good considering the emplacement . Very close, walking distance to Central Plaza. Decent breakfast included.

Very clean room and bathroom. Air condition unit was loud in room 2 and hard to sleep. Need to repair or replace unit

This is not the Pullman, or Avanti. But it IS a clean, friendly, place that is a fair price. The bathroom seems to have been recently redone. Best of all, all the staff , all were very friendly. The British (?) Owner/manager was present and even helped us get our bags to the 4th floor room, and gave gave suggedtiosu of places to go, see and eat. Other staff helpesus with maps of the local area. Breakfast was not included in our room rate, the prices for the food was good, so we ordered. The food was quite good.
Will stay here again.

Nice small budget hotel without elevator, but the decoration was cozy and sweet. Just the front window view of junction with many office/messenger males come out sitting, smoking and keep looking at my room were so annoying and frightening so I had to close the curtain almost all the time except in the early morning

A welcome break from the madness of the capital.
Hotel is extremely comfortable and affordable.
Owners and staff make it an extremely pleasant experience and go out of their way to accommodate any whim.
Highly recommended and would certainly visit again.

Excellent place to stop. Comfortable rooms, very pleasant owners and employees. Good breakfast and coffee shop renewed recently. 5 minutes from Central Plaza and town center, 10 minutes from airport.
