Budget friendly place to stay if you're passing by the province.

Checked them out for a mate but never stayed there. Price and location is great. Rooms looked clean , but the hotel had that kinda odd s.e Asia feel to it- which isn't a bad thing. If I wasn't with my small young kids I'd definitely consider but with kids I'd have to pass but that's just me. Rooms looked clean and cleaners looked busy. Hey you get what you pay for but these looked reasonable. Had some type of odd bar/restaurant thing downstairs. Not sure what that's about but if it's no good there's plenty going on just outside.

A great place to stay the night...very friendly staff and accommodating...the receptionist were really approachable and caring...????????????

Grand Leo hotel is old style accommodation located at near Khon Kaen old bus terminal. Building is very old, it was constructed in 1985 and I think it requires renovation. There are many modern hotels and Resorts are already there in Khon Kaen City. Room services are looks ok of this hotel. Air conditioner system is old, cooling issues. Besides, television remote never works. Only location is ok but rest things are worst.

Very pleasant, clean and friendly staff. Very central to everything. Good value for money.

Old and run down hotel. Don't expect too much. Would only book if everything else is booked out in this price segment.
