Still one of best places for exhibitions / trade fairs and events in Khon Kaen. The location is very central at the southern end of Khon Kaen University which also makes it easier for students to visit. The coffee and bakery fair is a good example for typical events. The building had been renovated recently. The only thing I would improve is acoustics in the main convention hall as there is too much echo.
By the way the setting amidst a park with old growth trees and a lake with a jogging path makes it good for an evening stroll.
