Great quality furnishing but with a overall snobbish atmosphere. Cleanliness, comfort all on the top scale BUT the hotel name is a deception: hardly a whiff of the grey murky Kaen Nakhon lake, certainly no stunning Swiss-type views. Signage to find the hotel entrance is poor (well everyone knows where we are) and in-character for my stay was a quibble over a free bottle of water for which the check-out wanted to charge Bt20. Good but arrogant

We stayed for 2 nights.
Staff picked up their phone upon our arrival 1.30am and checked in well.

Good quality furnitures.
Clean and comfort.
location is great, closed by a lake but not much of view.
Fair price.

Clean and very nice staff. Not much lake view though since our room was on the opposite side of the lake. Breakfast is really Asian style, cooked sweet chicken"ham" as one of the dishes is not really to my taste. But over all a good place to stay.

Good and clean but didn't take away disinfectant smell which stayed all night in the room so only spent 1 night stayed many times before and not had that problem only needs a mop over with fresh clean water to remove told staff to which they said would remedy for future customers

Good comfy rooms, clean, good Wi-Fi and a little balcony. The shower is disappointing as there is little water coming out the. Breakfast is buffet style and you have choice of toasts eggs, jam, ham, rice vegetables, cereals milk, coffee, ovaltine Tec. Just near the park and on walking distance (1km) to some good restaurants
