Hip replaced experience excellent. Surgeon Professor Dr. Weerachai is par excellent. Walked the evening of my operation. (No muscle cutting.)
Nurse care in ICU, recovery floor excellent. Responsive. Budgeted estimate accurate. Actual was lesser than estimate. Post care excellent, thorough. Caution. Pharma is generally cheaper at local pharmacy. Get a prescription and ensure doctor's prescription is legible and precise.

Warning. Above excellent experience pertains to Orthopedic Dept. Experience with other departments were less than expectations. Poor customer focus, processes, follow-up. Felt like a busy state hospital. So poor. Decided to switch hospitals for other services. Prices are comparable to the United States.

Caution. Pharma is generally cheaper at local pharmacy. Get a prescription and ensure doctor's prescription is legible and precise. Unlike the US, pharmacsts do not have working relationships with doctosr.

Use website email only for appointments. If you write in English, beware. English emails go to the International Dept. Unaware, learned later than International Dept focuses on insurance claims. Not customer service issues. Each department happy to provide their departmental email address and phone numbers for assistance.

I was there today for make some body checks. Nurses, doctors, everyone very friendly . Never feel good as today in a hospital. Big compliments for every thing and thank you. And is very clean too.

Had very bad experience with gynecologist at this hospital: told wife she has a tumor and did a check for cancer told to go home with a few pills to stop her bleeding, went back and the female doctor saw her and said go home let pills work , went back still bleeding! Nothing then went back on Monday saw male doctor, he wanted to do surgery, put an endoscope in her to see where bleeding come from , wanted 80,000B ! Still bleeding one month , went to government hospital , took one look and said she was now anemic and put her in hospital and could see tumor bleeding with naked eye , given a total of eight pints of blood and then a hysterectomy! She’s home and safe after 4 days and could have died if tumor had burst ! Thank god we switched to government hospital! Kate Lowe

5 stars service, it is like a hotel. The doctor also is very good. It is not expensive. They treat kids very well and understand the childs.

Couldn't get better service anywhere in the world. Went to the hospital in the morning not knowing what was wrong with me. Seen a doctor had a load of tests got my diagnosis I needed a operation the doctor said when do you want it do i said as soon as possible coz i was in pain, he said what about today i said ok. Had the operation at 3 o'clock and home the next day. Everything was and went great. And not over priced would us the hospital anytime.
