I went to have late lunch with my family on Monday 21st Jan and around 3 to 4.30 pm had a premium package because we love beef oh and this is the second time with AKA but the first time I've been to the one in bkk and impress with the service and quality of the beef so I took my family here but our experience of service is very bad everytime I order meat and food I got to wait for at lease 15-20 mins for 90 mins limit time for buffet I feel like waiting time was 60 mins in total and only grilled and eat 30 mins its unfair for what I paid for and last bill I ordered takoyaki the waitress didn't bring and didnt tell me if they run out just keep me waiting until time out for me and drink we got refill but we have to ask the waitress to refill 3 times 3 person till we get refill then end up only 1 refill we have for the whole time plus I paid for 10% service charge 178 baht for my total bill of 1,960 baht I don't mind to pay if I get a good service but this was poor service and make me waiting to long to loss of appetite or maybe this their thick to threat customer so they don't eat much just let them wait on Monday afternoon with 3 tables, I probably will not go back and not recommend AKA central plaza Khon Kaen.
