Pretty average. Lots of water features with broken down pumps equals lots of mosquitoes. Plus each room has a water feature set into the floor so no need to let the mosquitoes in, they're already there! Bed ok. Quiet because it's a long way out of town. Tiny bathroom. Service all but non existent.

Nice quiet place on the Khon Kaen's outskirts. There aren't any restaurants or shops nearby, so own transport is needed.

Clean, well maintained bungalows, each with a covered parking place, a small veranda (you can hang your hammock there), aircon, TV, fridge, attached bathroom with hot shower, set around a yard, among a few garden ponds and fountains.

The yard is actually not so big, but the bungalows are set around in a way that each maintains its privacy.

Price as of April 2017 - THB380 online (agoda), 450 walk-in.
