A large hotel with many rooms. The rooms are freshly restored, although the building is ancient. The staff is accommodating and kind. The cost per room is reasonable. There are various eateries and retail centres in the neighboring areas. I was given a connected room, and the noise from the next room was too loud. I called out to the front, and the noise suddenly ceased.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Firstly, beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. However, a few quirks to note. We had one day of good internet and one day of lousy internet (despite reporting it). The bedside tables are terribly designed. You can't turn off the light or charge your phone without getting out of bed, which is a huge oversight for a 4* hotel (see picture). The pool is also closed for renovations, and also doesn't have a changing room despite expecting you to walk through the lobby to return to your room, which is somewhat of a design flaw. It's also at the other end of town from everything, so you need your own wheels.

first return here since the transtition from the old 'Little Duck' name;
significant upgrade, the Little Duck lobby used to be downright gloomy, not anymore; marble , airy, seems much larger (but it isnt) ; the lobby restaurant has been enlarged and is far better than before , almost cheery as it has on one side glass walls ;
the hotel still suffers from the ugly outer building shape as well as an undersized parking lot for such a big place,
some might consider the location , on the far south edge of town, a minus;
the thing that really out me off was the pricing in thhe hotel lobby restaurant;
a small bottle of beer is 400% of it's cost (as a local i know the costs) ;
there is a normal range of profit and there is excess (greed) , 400% of cost is excess;
to their credit they did offer a good fruit plate, which isnt all that easy to find in restaurants around here and the service was quuite good

We took the 2 bedroom suite. It was newly renovated so the stay was comfortable. However, layout is a bit strange. You need to go through 1 bedroom to get into another bedroom. The breakfast was not great for a 4/5 star hotel.

Great newly refurbished hotel. Spacious rooms at a great price. Good breakfast but with (understandably) limited western choices, though freshly cooked eggs, bacon and cereals were all available. Good location near Central. Friendly staff too. No hesitation in recommending.

Such an elegant and well-designed hotel located near CBD. Most impressive things here are service minded u0026 helpful staffs, newly renovated building, clean, comfortable u0026 modern rooms. The breakfast was so so and did not offer a lot of variety. In overall, I would say it’s still worth for money spending nights here.

Well if you like upper end quality with service to go with it. You will not be disappointed staying here. Amazing rooms and pool area. Really as the feel of a 5 star hotel and days gone by. Really enjoyed our stay after a long drive. The restaurant food was also excellent. Highly recommended.
