Great value and comfortably modern. Breakfast buffet included. One of my favorite Chiang Rai hotels. Near old airport and usually something happening there nightly. Great area to stay about 10 minutes from downtown.

1 year old and looking like brand new. The design is timeless. And very Thai chic. For 800 baht, the price is fair. The staff is polite and helpful. And the bed is soft. Free hot water 24/7. And Wi-Fi is fast like superman.

I love this place! It's a little older, but the rooms are clean and everyone is friendly. The a/c works well and the beds are medium to firm.

Have stayed at Sabai many times over the last 10 years. The price is still the same 350 baht. There used to be one free breakfast but not any more. The place is a bit dated and could do with a make over. It's always clean and the staff are friendly. There is some under cover parking if you get there early as the place is always full. I would rate it at about 2.5 stars. You can walk to the night Bazaar from here. For the price I think it's excellent value. There is no lift so if you are old stay on the lower floors if you don't want to carry your bags up the stairs.

Not expensive at 350 baht. Nice people. Good location. Good for single or two people. It's older and could use some TLC. Biggest gripe that all rooms on backside have central aircon whereas all smells like smoking in a room is sucked through ductwork and spread throughout all the rooms that have central aircon. You get what you pay for.

Rooms are spacious. Our bathroom had a leak in the sink and the other room had a leak too. Shower has no curtain or recline in floor so water is splashed onto everything and the floor stays wet in the shower area. Air-conditioning worked well.

Grab ride to night bazaar cost 50 baht and was couple of minutes. It's 2 km walking distance.

There is 7-11 right near the hotel and it has big parking. So very popular with drivers.
