Terrible night. The bed was so hard, aircondition was terribly loud and we had no warm water in our room, a lot of outside noise and the room wasn't cleaned well. The staff was quite nice and offered us a new room, we didn't want one as we wanted to leave the hotel as soon as possible. We had a refund so they do have a nice policy. The hotel was really bad maintained and felt deserted. Even though it is probably due to covid, they should take care of it for the people who actually make the effort to go on vacation. I am never going back here.

It's a 3 star hotel with some Morocco inspired deco but it's run down and old. Although it looks nice in picture but actually not so nice and service was just ok but well it's cheap so you can expect too much.

The price is good for the Hotel, old but decorated very well and the service is beyond exceptional. The hotel is mainly geared for Chinese travelers not for European visitors, the breakfast area is beautifully decorated as well as the rooms, hotel entrance and swimming pool area. The hotel was easy to locate on the highway. The breakfast was included in the booking but there was no cheese and only one kind of bread, though to be honest, there were cereal, milk, 2 kind of jam and sunny side up eggs but no waffles, no muffins, no croissants, not one type of cheese, no pancakes. Everything else was for Chinese travelers (fried rice, cooked vegetables, chicken ginger, etc). Overall, excellent choice for the money spent. Thank you Rosa management for the excellent customer service with the welcoming great smiles.

I have no idea why this place has a 4.2 rating. The room looked and felt old. The water pressure in the shower was not strong enough , when warm, to wash the soap suds off me. Oh, and the door for the restroom was maybe 165 cm tall, which is well under the average height of a Thai person. Wifi was OK. Breakfast was good here, I will say that, and they make you a coffee drink which was really good. I did not dislike this place, but for the price it was a poor value. The room is equivalent to a 400 baht room in other parts of Chiang Rai. I would not return.

The hotel is an oasis in the middle of an industrial part of town. The staff were very friendly n helpful. Stayed with the original offering and had a great sleep in the king sized bed The buffet breakfast was well laid out and very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was ample. Eggs cooked to order and ***y choices.

We did walk from the hotel to the bus station with our bags and it wasn't impossible or terrible, but it would be nice to be closer without trucks driving by. Room 309 appears to be the best in the houseking bed, sitting area, separate rooms for shower/toilet to keep things dry. Breakfast is in the cafe and is very good. Excellent value for money.

Showers had great water pressure. Breakfast was excellent! Beds we're a little on the firmer side. Easy access location right off the super highway. Front desk staff was helpful, and spoke great English.
