Super big gym with tons of machines and free weights. 50 baht for 1 day. Highly recommend it. Spacious stretch area, showers, toilet, and a large number of cardio and exercise machines

cheap and affordable especially on a long term deal. equipment is good and the gym does get busy but not so busy where you wont have access to the equipment you want to use. treadmills do need an upgrade though...

An OK Gym for a 50 baht day visit worth it, basically just used the Threadmill, lots of old equipment about.

Pro Gym is one of the biggest fitness gym in Chiangrai. With complete about hundred of equipments for fitness. The gym also provide enough private parking lots for almost 30-40 cars. Clean and good service. No reservation needed. Located in the heart of the city.

No frills and cheap gym just like I like. The facilities are a bit worn down but everything works, it isn't overly crowded and it is a good basic gym with pretty much everything you would want. If you are fussy about things it is probably a pass.

I think their closing time has changed to 10pm instead of 11pm. Overall it is very good and well equipped, a lot are rusty but sufficient enough to use.

Best gym in Chiang Rai and possibly Thailand. Interesting and pretty members in some unusual environments ????????
