This place seems to operate as a long term lodging,but is a great budget pit stop for a night in Chiang Rai,when looking to board an early flight the next morning. Clean,with all the basic amenities provided, very fast WiFi and complimentary breakfast too.
The couple that own this place are very friendly and welcoming.

The owners are great, the view is good and you can really enjoy stay here. Our room had a balcony and it was nice. But don't forget to close the windows because there can be a little noisy from highway and some water running

Can't recommend it highly. It was extremely noisy here the Friday night we arrived, in spite of its location on a dead end surrounded by fields. Bands played loudly and loudspeakers blared from multiple sources. The breakfast was a cold egg with cold tosst and some lettuce. They have a sign with coffee prices but don't make coffee. There is no way to heat water in the room for tea. I wouldn't return.

My 2nd time stay in NT House. room neat clean with breakfast provided. Most importantly the host are friendly to make you want to come back again.

Located outside of Chiang Rai but only short ride by taxi. Surrounded by open fields. Its something between a hotel and a hostel. Very clean and hosts are very helpful.

Nice room. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hot shower flow is quite slow. Location is not so good for it is quite far from the city centre.

Clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet.
Very kind and helpful owner.
Close to airport.
