New building and Very clean and spacious room. Wall are covered with beautiful wallpaper. Clean towels bedsheets and pillowcases as well. Bathroom is clean and no smell at all.
Location is in the private area so you can have a quiet and good sleep but if you need food, there's nothing in walking distance.
Large parking lot.
WiFi is very strong.

recommend a new building, hotel next to gas stations and 7-11

Cheap, good service, one of the best value hotel here. I recommend to to stay in this hotel. And you also got free drink and wifi for each room????????????

At the Nantawan Hotel next to Chiang Rai International School, many vehicles have to park and U-turn during this school, but the road in front of the school is not very complicated due to the consideration of the good-hearted boss. Thank you boss.

correct location is right next the international school (not the one displayed in maps)
350thb for clean aircon room...wifi,fridge in room..little patio too.room and shower quite big.good value for money.staff at front desk do not see many farang...it tooked them some time to realise english did not need to be spoken and it was ok to not speak english.
there is a huge 350 in the street..that is what made me go (knew the price as i was passing by)..otherwise will not have bothered asking
