This is Northern Style noodle. It's thick soup contain blood and meat with beansprous. Choose between pork or beef soup. Normal dish is 35 THB and large dish is 40THB. Eat with pickles and smoked dried chili flakes. Drinking water is free (self service) or you can order drinks from cafe close by.
They also serve sticky rice that cooked in pork blood (15THB) which is another authentic northern style dish to try.
They close at 15.00 (3pm) but usually sold out before that (around 2pm.)

This was one of my favorite meals in Chiang Rai. It was simply delicious, with a nice open-air atmosphere and friendly staff.

Great authentic northern Thai food. Mordin means clay pots which is traditional way of cooking the menu
