The hotel is clean but they dont post bathroom photos. The biggest problem was staff because no one talked understandable english. The rooms are simple but clean.

Ladies at the front desk were wonderful. The hotel rooms were kept very clean. I liked their strong coffee in the morning. There was a reasonable speed wifi in the rooms. There was a market nearby to stock up on supplies. Bathroom is incredibly well laid out. The hotel is new and is nicely decorated.

The place is clean and comfy at good price. Room is equip with TV, GMM Thai Sat., wardrobe, table and a chair, big mirror and washing sink. Two windows with curtain in the front and back. Bath room is clean and with electronic heater shower and a sink. I need a hanger for wet towels in the room :-). Keep up good work.

Room was simple. Beware of the check out time because if you miss it they will charge you an “unknown” amount of money. We paid 2/5 of the room price for the extra hour stayed. None of this was explained or said as owner said “everyone should know the check out time and unknown charges”. Perhaps we have only stayed in good servicing hotels in the past where they would always inform guest if they are charging you extra...

I was so happy with the location of this hotel. Very comfortable hotel with adequate services. The neighborhood itself is quite nice to walk around. The best meal in ***y, ***y years. Toilet, well equipped. Rooms in the hotel are very clean. Generally speaking I recommend this hotel for people with own transport.

Quiet district of Chang Rai. The best thing was the food. WIFI is free in your room anyway. Across from the hotel are a lot of nice stores. The hotel is in a really great location. The wifi worked well for us. The staff could not have been more courteous and helpful.
