Best investment so far on this trip. Significantly, the room is really clean. There was a separate fridge to put out stuff in. The whole property is extremely clean. The restrooms were very well maintained. Such good value for money. Had a great breakfast before we set out for the day.

I was surprised to find that the hotel had only been opened a few months so all bedding/furniture was brand new. The room we had was spotless. Anything we asked for was immediately taken care of. The location is excellent - so easy to go anywhere. A superb value for the money.

three stars only as it did not turn out to be value for money. located away from the city, I expected it to have at least a supplies store nearby. the kitchen is almost always closed. not even hot water in the late evening. service is tardy. hotel building is very elegant. rooms are spacious and neat. overlook plantain farm. sun rise and sun set views are beautiful from hotel. they dont even give you drinking water. so better be prepared when you go.

The staff(primarily a husband and wife duo) were overly accomodating. I could not find anything dirty. The staffs were very helpful with any questions you may have. Location is extremely good and very convenient to go anywhere. My 1st full day with no real plans they recommended the White Temple.

The balcony was perfect for watching the sunset from. I was very impressed with all of the amenities in the room. The chef is the co-owner and speaks good English. Located in the hearth of the lovely Chiang May, this a new hotel with a beautiful sense of past.

Thai and American, we chose Thai, which was a nice experience of home made porridge. I thought the hotel as a whole was incredibly clean. Found the traffic outside the room was noisy, late at night,. The location is not at all convenient as some travelers claimed.

spotless room, lovely staff, a lovely park and sports complex close by. also some excellent restaurants not far away, would be perfect if it had tea/coffee in the rooms????you will need a car/mophead if your staying in this area.(excellent value)
