The grounds are beautiful. The room was spacious. Loved the fact that there was a covered walk way to the restaurant. The pond with the fountain created a calm atmosphere.

Old hotel, from the door to bed sheets out of date, pillows, blanket all smell bad and mold/mildew. Breakfast also cold serving instant coffee instead of fresh coffee. Chiang rai is the best coffee town why not use it?
Only good is the receptionist.

Very noisy. Not only a loud noise from the wedding banquet, their house keeping do slam on the door everytime they get in and out of each room.

Location wise is OK. Need to have a car since the hotel is far from tourist spot.

Room is clean with complete amenities.

This is a resort hotel you would like to expect—beautiful setting with a lake (and geese as well), a quiet restaurant by the lake, spacious and spotless rooms with a balcony—all these made me chilled-out during the stay. The hotel is situated at a 15-minute walking distance from the town center (and that might be what you would expect from a resort hotel) and you need to cross the main highway to get to the town. If you return to the hotel at night from the town, you'd better take a tuk-tuk. (Nov 2011)

Overall is good. Clean room. Good Internet speed. Not far from downtown. Please note that no lift inside building (and I booking 1st floor room but got 2nd floor)

Couples can sleep in the same room/bed but cannot sit side by side to eat breakfast.
The level of stupidity.
