For the price, no complaints. Aircon and water heater are working fine. Room and bed are relatively clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Yes, budget travellers should definitely consider this hotel. No life so prepared to climb stairs. Large parking out front and not far from clock tower. Be happy!

It was fine. Two large rooms for a family of 5 for 2000THB is quite acceptable. clean and we had hot water in the showers. As for food ... you can find good cheap food here anywhere. We walked to the night bazaar and got a tuk tuk back for 100THB.

This was a really Nice place when they 1st opened. But You can see that That it is has been Very Under Managed over the last few years. I would Strongly suggest that you Find another place to Stay! The Local staff were excellent in trying to help me with the many issues. The breakfast was total not worth eating. Instant Coffee or Tea, juice type drink and Water are your choices. Food, the bread was even hard before you toasted it. The main dishes were 2 with rice sausage and ham (?). It was Cold and No labels for what was Spicy or Not. The Wi Fi was not working All the time especially at Night so No Internet. The Staff didn't know how to fix it and Couldn't help me so I Didn't get anything done except for when I left the property. The property was in disarray and They were Renting out what are Really big rooms by the Month to stay open. The walls are really thin and I had No Hot water even after they said they fixed it. The bed was Actually Very Comfortable and the Air Con worked as well as the refrigerator. You could tell that it was a Very Nice Place at 1 time but that was a few Years ago and Now needs someone New with Money to bring it back to the Once Nice place. I would Not stay there Again unless I was having a party as it has a Large and Empty parking lot. I was Very Disappointed with 95% and felt bad about Even Staying there. I am a Brutally Honest person and I Say try Another Hotel. There's a Top Quality Resort just a few hundred metres down the Street that is Worth the Money and You will Not be Disappointed like I Truly Am. My 1 Mistake in My travels to Chiang Rai and this was My 6th in 4 years as I Truly Love the City and Local people. Enjoy Your time in Rai, Just Not Here. This was Just My Experience and Yours maybe different. I Didn't stay in the Cheap room either Mine was a Very Large room with a King bed.

Great value for a standard room. Close to the best massage place in town (the wat) and a short stroll up towards the clock tower. Plenty of parking. Clean. No bugs. All the basic needs are met!

Good value for money.

The only thing I recommend is to book this hotel through traveloka or agoda. We called the hotel itself so that we could get a better price (since the hotels have to pay commission to these sites) we agreed on 600. When we arrived the price was gone up with 90 baht. So you actually get this hotel cheaper true websites then with the hotel itself...

Also I would like to compliment the staff. They where very friendly and helped us when we forgot our powerbank in the room.

Nothing fancy, but it’s inexpensive. Definitely a good value for what I pay via my Agoda bookings. I stay there regularly and it is pretty consistent. Again, nothing super special - but you get what you pay for and this place gives a good value for the money paid.

A good hotell in Chiang Rai. Nice room and some away from trafic. A very good marked close to hotell. Frendlie staff.
