Very good place! It's not just clean, it's Monica clean (if you know what I mean). Beds are comfortable. There are a fridge in the common kitchen, all the utensils, sanitized glasses. You can play table games in this area. Good location, nice simple breakfast, water! Staff is very nice!

Room is very clean and new including the bathroom. There is water and small kitchen provided. Location is far from city but close to White Temple which was convenient.
I wanted to have a good experience but it was strange how we were asked for key deposit and refused a check-in even though the room was ready. We have been to countless homestays, hostels, hotels around the world and every time room was ready, we were let in. Some places even let us at 7,8am seeing we were tired and they had the room ready. It is good customer service. If there was someone in the room, of course we wait, no problem. But I think owner was using the deposit as a leverage not to let us in the room, it was bit of miscommunication, not common practice and not very nice to travelers. We were leaving the country the next day so we really budgeted this key deposit as our last money left in this currency.

May 2019: Terrible customer service! The owner requested a cash deposit for the key (a first time after 2 months in Thailand/Asia). We had to travel early (5am) on the following morning to Laos so requested to have it waived. At that point he refused to let us use the room. We ended up paying as we were tired. I am very surprised at the other reviews calling the owners ‘accommodating’.

The room was ready, however they did not let us in until we paid the key deposit. Would not recommend staying here.

Nice room and helpful and friendly staff. I enjoyed my short stay here. It was further out from the centre than I expected, but I was able to get there by tuk-tuk relatively cheaply. The cafe also seemed nice and served good coffee ????

Very accomodating staff, always happy to help. Very clean and comfortable room. Small bit out of the town but the cheap tasty food and great coffee make up for that

Very nice resort. Placed between the white temple and the center of Chiang Rai. It's clean and well equipped.

The two brothers and their father were so helpful and nice. We simply loved it even if it was a little bit far from the center.
