The car registration is out of date(vehicle tax sign)and also no dash cam( in case of the accident it could help prove the innocence of the driver). The rental owner said the dash cam was broken and the vehicle tax sign was lost so they had used the out of date tax sign instead(the tax sign is out of date about a year, this is illegal, there will be a penalty charge by police and the insurance will not pay if you have an accident). It is too risk for me to drive this car and believe on the owner words that “it’s all just fine, you can drive along, I just changed the new tires and if something happen you just pay first and I will pay it back later”. So I decided to terminated the rental contract and received the fully refund.
I rate for 2 stars because of 2 good things.
1. They are punctual.
2. I got fully refund.
