Welcoming staff, clean facilities, nice showers and much cardio equipment with one squat rack. Oliver, the owner is very helpful to new gym-goers yet wants to learn from experienced gym rats as well.

I love the attached coffee shop where they also cook a variety of delicious market priced food.

It is my favourite GYM so far in Chiang Rai city of Thailand.
Very friendly owners who speak many languages and happy to have a good conversation.
The GYM has bars construction to practice street workout (body weight)
