The room was in good condition. They have a common refrigerator and eating table. Host was very kind allowing me to relax there after checking out until my flight in the evening.

Kind of located on the western edge of downtown, but this was a fantastic place to stay. I don't think any other guests were here (due to Covid) but the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They don't have the annoying magnetic card sensor either for the electricity in the room, so you can charge your things while you're out. The maid was zapping mosquitoes in the room when checking in, but to my surprise I did not encounter any in the room during my stay.

As mentioned online there are complimentary bicycles you can use to ride around the town, which in my opinion is more than enough to if you're not planning to go far. There's also a really nice cafe at the entrance to the hotel; very easy to work remotely from there. Wifi is strong/fast in both the hotel and cafe. I'll probably stay here again next visit to Chiang Rai.

There are 4 parking spaces total if you decide to bring a car, but nearby you can find street parking.

Lastly, there's a very nice golden retriever on the property that absolutely loves head rubs. You can smell him/her from a distance.

very nice place , stayed here half dozen times; unique layout; was a school 13 years back; each room, there are 9, is different , a bit themey; the owners are a couple, two former teachers at that school; the man said he had worked there 28 years , before he bought the place; there is a common room in the middle , with a refrig and i think an electric toaster;
free breakfast is included , and it is good, curiously you have to make your own eggs, you get to use that part of the kitchen; i can only surmise that it was too much trouble to try to keep cooked eggs warm and tasty for a while;
brunch/breakfast at 7:45 , till 9 i think, couple entrees that he gets each morning from the market that are lunch-like; the rest of the day that front building is a coffee shop, they have one of those millon dollar coffee machines; it is not a restaurant in the day;
the grounds are nice, free bicycles , parking for 3 cars; good english , the owner couple and their son; the owner man starts the day off then hands the reins over to others ; recommended

They can help you with almost anything. The atmosphere is great, they have a main room where you can dwell for leisure and preparing your own meal.

We decided to stay longer after being in the place for one hour. It feels like a home away from home. Everything is clean (also to a European standard).

Breakfast is very diverse. Just ask the guy what it is, they love to explain it to you and to have you try everything.

After breakfast the area is converted to a coffee shop with delicious coffee and tea.

I would recommend everyone not to skip the beautiful area of Chiang Rai, and the staff here can provide you with excellent recommendations and sets the atmosphere to want to come back here.

Very nice, clean and well decorated place :) It was a pleasure to speak to the owners. Very nice, helpful and positive people! :))) We enjoyed our stay here very much and would come again! We wish you all the best!

Very unusual and intresting place in the building of school or kindergarden. Big and clean rooms. Breakefast -self service! You cook neal by yourself. Unfirtunately one of oir friends was bitted by bedbug(

Very cool place for dinner. I love the setting and the cookie milk was delicious. The salad was drowning in a not very good sauce though.
