David Papkin 9 Cafe Chiang Rai review. Cozy little place to stop after visiting the Black House museum. Friendly staff, since they didn't speak English, she used Google translate. Good staff, good food. At the bus stop after visiting Baadnaam museum or Black House. Good to sit and relax before catching the occasional bus back to the city. The staff will tell you the bus timings n all. There was a really sweet kid of one of the staff's when we visited. She took our bill. It was pretty nice.

Stopped on the way back from Mai Sai.
Modern place,good to have a coffee that's hot and taste good. Brownie delicious and all at a reasonable price.

The owner was so nice and helped us to get on the mini hus back to city centre. She spent long time waiting together with us after the shop was closed. I appreciated so so much.
