We stayed here for two weeks.

The room was spacious and clean. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the room.

The negatives were that reception kept charging us for very poor quality disposable cutlery to eat our own food when the hotel has it's own kitchen and proper cutlery it could lend us. We were disappointed by this.

The WiFi was also very inconsistent - sometimes fast and sometimes barely working.

Finally, beware of aggressive dogs to the right of the hotel (if your back is to the hotel) - if you're going that way in the evening I'd advise you be going at a decent speed on the scooter as one of the dogs tried to bite my girlfriend's foot as we rode past.

Stayed here just 1 night but my partner and I would definitely stay again. The staff cannot do enough to help, and Mr Ohm made us feel so very welcome, offering us a cold juice on arrival which was lovely! The rooms are clean and quiet, the bed comfy and the shower fantastic!
The buffet breakfast was exceptional for the low cost of the room, and they even offer a free shuttle service...amazing value!

The staff were friendly and helpful, which is no small thing when you are traveling. A big plus is the extensive breakfast buffet. My room was spacious and tidy but the bathroom was slightly quirky as the shower was not enclosed. As a result, the toilet and sink area were wet afterwards.

The rooms are beautiful and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is spacious. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. You can rent bikes for free. A shuttle bus is available to the airport and to Maya shopping mall.

The ac is not really cooling down the rooms.
The breakfast is not that tasty.

Great hotel. Super affordable price of THB450 which included breakfast and private room. On this trip I've stayed at a few hotels and this was of the same quality than the others and the price so unbeatable. This price is what I had to pay for breakfast at the others of same quality and star rating. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Only negative is that the filter in the air on could have done with a clean as it wasnt smelling all that good.

Worth money. Have great pleasure while staying here. Tranquil and peaceful. Comfortable bed and cozy pillow. Large bay window you can see the mountain right from your bed. Service mind staff. Breakfast is not bad. (buffet, self service). Very near Chiang Mai International Convention Center. You need a personal car while you stay here because it's quite far from down town. Minus a star because they provide less bathroom amenity, only a tiny bottle of soap and shampoo. Others are all good.
