Amazing to see this temple, you can tell how old it is. Whilst it's not covered in gold, I think it's a beautiful example of Thai architecture and is a great place to visit to experience a wonderful old Buddhist temple!

Very beautiful temple in the centre area of old town. The wooden.gold structures are a site to see with your own eyes. Good place to visit to see artistic creation with spirituality.

Beautiful ancient teak temple exterior (may have been a part of a palace), quite small but worth the visit and also walking distance to many other major temples in the area.

Visit 6th April 2019. It was open to visit for free and I really enjoyed exploring the different areas and admiring the history. Don't visit Wat Chedi Luang and pay but visit here and leave a donation. You will feel much better.

Wat Pan Tao is also amazing located next to the famous Wat Chedi Luang.

Lanna Style Temple and during festival time extremely beautiful- must visit.

An ancient temple located in the center of the old city walls area. The main temple was built of teak woods dismantled from the palace of the 5th Prince of Chaingmai.
