Bring your soap and shampoo; he is too cheap to provide them. Rooms are overpriced compared with other places.

Very clean and quiet. Lovely terrace with coffee,tea and drinking water facilities. Owner is very polite and friendly. Came back second time as a backpacker,would come back again! Close to the centre. Highly recommended!

Great cheap place to stay in Chiang Mai. Very friendly staff (the helped me get photocopies of my passport at no extra cost). You get working AC and a fan. Bathrooms also are fine. Dedinitely would recommend.

Wow! What a good place to stay, the owner is so helpful and friendly, the rooms are perfect, great rooftop to hangout and the location is the best! Close to all the markets! We will be back, thank you again!

Really nice and helpful owner. Rooms are nice and clean. Got terrace which is perfect to sit during meal or in the evening

Loved it! The owner and his staff were absolutely amazing, very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean, drinking water for free, nice veranda for chillout.
