U Chiang Mai Hotel

We really enjoyed our 3-day stay at this hotel. It has a great location right in the old town of Chiang Mai, so most places are within walking distance. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Check out time is flexible and the all day breakfast was one of the best during our time in Thailand. The pool area is a little small, but we were able to get deck chairs whenever we wanted. Overall highly recommended.

Wonderful stay at U Chiang Mai. Great location right on the night market. The friendliest, most welcoming staff we had in Thailand. Our AC did not work on check in and they quickly moved and upgraded our room. The hotel is small, boutique feel which we really enjoyed. The happy hour drinks were great. Breakfast was not as wide of a selection as other hotels but still tasty. We had a spa day and it was affordable and again great service. Thank you for our stay!!

I really enjoyed my 3 nights stay at this hotel. The location is great, in the middle of the old town. The Sunday walking street is in front of the hotel. Easy to visit other attractions. Convenient transportation too. All of staff members welcomed me so well! They always ensured that I have everything I need. I felt safe staying there ( I travelled there alone). The room was always clean when I got back. The food was great too! Thumbs up to all staff members ???? I will definitely go back there for sure. Best service ever ????

We loved it here! Big shout out to the staff especially Niew who helped us throughout our stay. Everyone was very helpful and all the trips recommended were great fun. Food was great, location was perfect and overall a lovely hotel to stay! We have stayed in a few places in Thailand now but this one definitely topped them all!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The location is brilliant, right in the middle of the old town with plenty of restaurants and nightlife around. Most of all the staff are extremely attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Did not stay at the property but ate at the rooftop restaurant. Food was amazing. We were in the mood for some Western and Asian food and ordered different items to share for the table. Everything was delicious and they have all day happy hour. 1/2 off alcohol.

This hotel made my first stay in Chiang Mai amazing! From the moment you walk in, they welcome you with a smiling face and walk you through everything you need to know for your stay. The staff helped us get a tuk tuk and also helped us book our tours and easily extended our check out time because of a late excursion. They went above and beyond! Breakfast here is pretty good and I like that they have non-american options. I recommend their spa services. The Thai massage here is great and staff all around amazing!
