Words can’t describe the experience we had when we stayed at the Empress. The place is stunning. Chandeliers fill the foyer, the room was spectacular and every single staff member went out of their way to help us. They were always smiling and always friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend the Empress Chiang Mai enough.

Probably one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. All rooms have home automation features such as smart light switching ????️ and automatic toilet flushing ????. The large swimming pool ???? opens at 7 AM and closes at 7 PM. Large variety of breakfast options: ????????????????????

I stayed in room 706 for a week during November/December 2019. A free upgrade. Hotel Supervisor Ms Boon was so kind. The food was excellent,the steak was just ok. I love the live music in the downstairs resturant. The pool was very big. The hotel was spotless u0026 workers were always smiling making me feel very welcome. I would advise anyone visiting Chiang Mai to stay at this hotel. You won't be disappointed.

Luxurious, top service, beautiful. Hands down 5 stars. We loved the dinner and the breakfast (you could taste Thai kitchen, maybe milder... for tourists, and very good quality European food). Incredible choice. Expect a bit of weirdness during dinner: all I have to say is that all the staff danced and sang „Felice Navidad“. And it was March.
The room is clean, big and with parquet ; we got lucky with also a cool view from the room. Nice swimming pool.
