What a beautiful hotel and amazing stay here! As a family of three, we loved our little break here at the Riverside hotel.

The staff really went out of their way to look after us and attend to all our needs.

Breakfast served in the room at the time requested was just the perfect way to start the day. Nespresso coffee in the room (complimentary!) was a brilliant touch and a gym to get a quick workout in was just perfect.

Excellent service. Excellent facilities. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. I will definitely return here. The only minor negative is the location. If you plan to do a lot of walking then this is not the hotel for you. If you have transportation or don’t mind a few minute Grab or Taxi to downtown then you can’t do better than this hotel.

The hotel so is beautiful and cozy. Impressively designed.
The stay in was exceptional, with a luxurious room equipped with everything you need and beyond.  Everything was clean and aesthetic.
The breakfast was varied and very tasty.
The staff was helpful and kind and always responded quickly to everything we needed.
When I return to Chiang Mai I will surely choose this hotel again.

It was a flawless stay!
The staff were so kind and care.
The breakfast was so good, tasty, and it is so nice concept that we got it to our room by order.
The rooms are large, clean and styled in a modern, friendly and bright style.
And everything was so clean.
The swimming pool is so beautiful and we spent there a great time.

Beautifully crafted comfortable rooms, great service.

Perfect for those looking for a quiet stay in Chiang Mai. Located just off the city center (~10-minute drive - the hotel has parking), you can avoid unwanted city noise without being too far off. Plus, you get a view overlooking the Ping River.

Staff are extremely attentive and helpful, from the butler to cleaning staff. Breakfast is served right to your room. You will feel pampered.

Disappointing. This suite hotel is located directly on the Ping River, unfortunately far from the centre in a less attractive environment. In front of the hotel is the swimming pool and then a small garden. You have a beautiful view into the greenery, and it is wonderfully quiet. The rooms are sufficiently large and modern and solidly furnished. The equipment is complete with a small kitchenette, so it is also good for a long-term stay. You sleep well and very quiet, but if there is noise at the pool or in the garden, it is extremely annoying because of the cheap windows. It's also unpleasant that, due to a peculiar architecture, there is privacy only when the curtains are drawn. The rooms are arranged in such a way that everyone can look directly into about six other suites.
Unfortunately, it is by no means a 5-star hotel as advertised on the website. It starts with arrival , where there is not even a roof at the entrance - luckily we did not arrive in the rain. Valet parking is unknown, the car park is a gravel desert. The air conditioning in the suite is much too weak, an evening service comes sometimes, sometimes not.
We book with breakfast and expect a 5-star breakfast buffet or a time-unlimited possibility to have breakfast of choice in the room. But there is none of that. Like in a cheap pension, you have to order a breakfast set menu the day before for a certain time. Choice? Exactly one western-style set menu is offered. There is not even a napkin. Lunch or dinner in the suite? No service, everything is closed, even the highly praised restaurant. Butler service? Only on the Internet, not in reality.
Even though we paid for the service, we had to organize meals via Grab and from the 7-Eleven, like in a 2-star hotel.
Hotel managers are not visible. Since everything seems to be based on lies, they strictly avoid giving names. The crisis situation certainly does not justify ripping off customers in this way. In Thailand with no problem you can take money for services you do not provide.

Our experience here was nearly perfect. The staff is attentive and delivers impeccable service. You will feel pampered in this small luxury boutique hotel environment. We booked the Romance package which turned out to be great, although I would highly recommend confirming your itinerary with the manager *before* arriving (especially tours and Spa), so you can maximize your time in Chiang Mai. We did not really have a good idea of the plan until about 24 hrs *after* arrival, so it was hard to do some of the things we planned independently. Overall we loved our stay. Thank-you again for making it a special vacation.
