The location is very good in the ever unchanging old city. Plenty of cheap restaurants, bars and massage places and of course akk the sights nearby. The staff are invariably friendly. However it is slightly run down, though clean and with comfortable beds. I stayed 6 nights, which speaks for itself. But
It is expensive for what you get at 500 baht a night I would think 400 to 450 to be mire appropriate, my room was not serviced once and no fresh towels were provided. I guess I could've asked so maybe it was my fault. You could do worse but you could also do better

Everything about the hotel is beautiful. The guest house is only a few years old so is very clean. Anything we asked for was immediately taken care of. Location is nice, walking distance to lots of Chiangs Mai attractions. The price we got was surprisingly great for the season.

The staff were also very helpful and probably the most friendly people. I thought my room was very clean. All in all a good hotel in a good location with great transport connections. Everything you really need at a really good price with trustworthy honest owners. We love this place.

I liked this place so much I stayed here for a month. Generally it appeared to us that the cleaning staff were taking advantage of soft ***agement. It's run by family, they are honest and friendly people. Very affordable and value for your money at 500 bht per night.

We found that it's the best guest house around that area. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the hotel staff. The location was excellent. There are quite a few guest houses in the area, but it was really nice to be so close to everything happening.

Sripoom House was recommended in 2013 November when we wanted to stay for 10 days or so by our trusted friend Mr Adam. Located in Soi1 inside the moat, this guest house is within close proximity to all the major attractions in Chiang Mai. Will recommend this guest house for everyone who needs to stay in the center for several days and wants to save some money on accommodation.

This place is great.owners are very nice and welcomed me as I arrived.even their dog said hello????.great location and the room is large with a small private balcony,not much of a view but good for a quick smoke or breath of fresh air.also,2 free bottled waters everyday,satellite tv,big bed,fridge u0026 hot shower.i stayed for 3 nights but sign out front says 9000 baht monthly included electric u0026 water...not bad.????????✌️????????
