The rooms are lovely, low-key and spacious, with plcaes for all your things, and very very comfortable double beds. The pool is like an oasis surrounded by topical greenery and with a small view of the mountains. Free water refills, coffee, and plenty of space to work, sit, and relax downstairs. Great airy cafe next door with good food menu. A quiet and safe oasis in Chiang Mai. Wonderful owner, staff, and hotel design. A dream.

We are family of 4 with two kids ages 11 and 9 yrs old. We travel with backpacks only. The room is very practical in space. The swimming pool is great, clean and good size. Our room is on the first floor so swimming pool is just in front of us. The crew are very friendly and provide help as needed (drive you to pharmacist, arrange ride and provide advice).

Free bottled water, coffee and tea for the guests - highly appreciated.
The breakfast has enough choices and good enough. No pain in your tummy.

Improvement can be
- swimming pool hours 10am - 10pm, too warm in the morning so 8am is advisable.
- room pain, avoid dark pain on the walls so people can see if insects are mosquitoes are in the room.

Overall, this place is highly recommended.

A bit dirty for European standard, however this object got great potential. Swimming pool is nice, but first it was dirty, got cleaned second Day. I would suggest owner to take care about cleaning it every day. Food was very poor compared to other hotels. But free coffee in the lobby and free water is awesome idea. Also when I was sleeping some weird worms bites me(wasnt mosquito), it was same for all our 4 persons we had in a trip.

Great, beautiful hotel! Clean, Nice room and super friendly staff!
Thé pool is Nice and clean. Breakfast is ok, nothing special.
The location is far from the city but you can take a red cab, Grab or Rent a scooter.
The staff helped us with all our wishes. Even the manager talked to us and gave us a lot of information about everything.
We had a great stay!

We had an amazing time here! Great accommodation, clean and modern. Breakfast is very nice and well served with a lot of options. Great pool and nice staff that helped us with everything we needed. Hope to be back soon!

We felt that we are home at Shane Hotel. To be honest, it's not a place. Everything about this place is wonderful. You will never know what's gonna happen to you when you are oversea. All staff and even the owner are there to help us when we are in trouble. We felt appreciated and we think that we can never find any other hotels in this world like Shane hotel. Fabulous breakfast, nice swimming pool and free coffee, what else do you need?
