I love my tattoo! It's so beautiful and meaningful. The staff are very friendly and helped explain the experience to me too. This photo is from a tattoo done with by a metal needle. l actually came to this shop 4 years ago and got a tattoo done by bamboo. For that tattoo, the monk went into the forest and found the bamboo. Then he burned it and shaped it. That took about 3 days to prepare so if you want the bamboo make sure to plan extra time.

Amazing experience. Super friendly staff, great hospitality before I even got there starting off with email exchange. Excellent English, very knowledgeable and great atmosphere. The Ajarn was super skilled and took his role serious. Still got a laugh out of him towards the end ;) would go there again if I was still in Chiang Mai. Thanks again for the memorable experience!

Amazing experience. Guide was easy to talk to and helpful and informative throughout our experience from the shop to the temple. The monk was highly skilled and I’m amazed by the results. No pain no gain!

Wonderful experience! Really knowledgeable, welcoming, and patient staff. I wanted to move the positioning of my tattoo several times and the Arjan and assistant were very understanding. I was able to film the entire experience. This photo is of my tattoo on day 7 healing very nicely. It wasn’t any more painful than a regular tattoo and actually maybe less painful because no shading! The blessing was beautiful and made me very emotional. 10/10 recommend

My experience was perfect. The staff was excellent and communicated well. Master Sak Yant Monk Rachon spent his time to answer questions and find the right design and blessings for my needs. It was clean, quick and professional. I chose to have my Sak Yant done at the temple and having the sounds of the jungle around rather than the noise of a tattoo machine made the experience so much more spiritual.

I absolutely love the tattoo the ajarn did for me. Not also that, it was such a spiritual experience as well. If I ever would be in Chiang Mai again i would definitely make an appointment!

I had an incredible experience at Sak Yant Chiang Mai. I met with Nana at the in-house location in the heart of Chiang Mai. She spoke with me about the tattoos, the ritual, and the entire experience overall. And then we drove about 20 minutes away to the Ajarn's house, wai'd to the ajarn and we talked more about the tattoos before he begin making a stencil of them. The entire time I felt supported and understood. Nana asked throughout if I was okay, gave me some water and snacks. It was a really beautiful experience. I got 4 tattoos done at one time, and it took about 3 hours total. Yes, the pain was very intense but still - this was an experience I will never forget for the rest of my life. Thank you to Sak Yant Chiang Mai for this experience, to Nana and Ajarn Sam for supporting me in this process. I will be coming back!
