This place should never be rated more than 2 stars as a "restaurant". With that being said, I'd give it a 3.5 star as a bakery place.
I really doubt if they have a real kitchen or just whole bunch of fridges and microwaves because all of their food taste like microwaved or premade. I ordered grilled chicken with papaya salad , and a bowl of hot and sour noodle Soup. The chicken is barely warm, the papaya salad tastes like something from last week. The soup is not too bad but you can definitely tell it is from the soup powder instead of real boiled soup.
Bottom line is never come to this place for a meal, come for a cup of beverage and cake is more considerable.

I passed by yesterday on my way to Chiangmai downtown... and this morning my landlady offered me the chocolate cake from this store. Taste great...

Really good food, really friendly staff. Manageable wait time. Was close to the hostel we were staying in. Figured out there were cheaper and at par or better options available on the other side of the moat. Nothing to complain though.

I went here because S u0026 P make the best green tea frappes ever. I have to rate this shop down because we stood at the counter for 5 minutes while the only staff member was on her phone talking and totally ignored us we walked around the shop u0026 my husband chose something to eat. We took it to the counter. She rang it up and pointed at the price on the register. I indicated I wanted a green tea frappe. She went to make it, still on her phone. Another staff member turned up u0026 made it u0026 brought it to us. 20 mins later we are leaving. Still on her phone. PS the frappe was delicious as I have experienced in other S u0026 P restaurants. Shame about the service here.
