There are coffee shop and restaurant with separate cooking areas, but with common dining area. I should say food was not great, but capuchino was fantastic. We enjoyed sitting under the tree with a cup of good coffee.

good coffee good food and cheap. staff can speak english well and someone can speak Chinese language. good location near Chiangmai university

I like the ambiance of this place. It's for students really but I don't think anyone would feel out of place in the relaxing green courtyard. Staff are friendly and the prices very reasonable. Lots of hot and cold drinks on offer, but no booze. There's also a good range of food options. Rather confusing system where you pay for your food and drinks separately.

The food is pretty sub-par, unfortunately. Gristly chicken and uncooked broccoli that had just been removed from the freezer. Perhaps they're using cheaper ingredients, but a good chef should know how to get the best out of off-cuts and this one clearly doesn't.

A pleasant place to have a lunch in a shady back yard. Food is ordinary, but generally well prepared. It is behind a great coffee shop with a laid back atmosphere. Good choice if you are in that neighborhood.

Spacious but cosy place near Suthep rd and university - popular among students but also other locals. Food and drinks are tasty and good value for money! its wooden decor is nice.

Good coffee shop and lots of seats. you can spend all day with single cup of coffee. No one say anything, Free wifi and electricity.

I really shouldn't give this place 5 star because I like to keep this place for myself. Cheap and good and no tourist. I'll come again and again for sure. My new favourite place around CMU
