Shower head is only 4 ft tall.
This hotel is directly in the departure flight path of Chiang Mai international, so the planes depart right over your head.
Children crying from the next building over made it very difficult at night and in the morning.
We asked the staff to see the room before our decision and they only showed us pictures on their cell phones.
I do not recommend this budget hotel.

Very nice hotel with a great atmosphere. The hotel is really cheap we got a room for three and it didn't cost us even 10€ per person. Although is lind of still under construction and you can miss some place to have snack or breakfast. I would highly recommend this place. By the way rooms are more than perfect than expected for the price. Very modern and awesome for young people.

The place is great, the room is comfy and clean, nice decoration. They also have golf cart deliver/pickup from the main road 24hr.
The only thing I feel annoying is noise.
1.From plane taking off, but this is inevitable since I want this location
2. If you get the room in the back, there is a place called Tha Wan Dang about 200 metres away with loud live music until after midnight.

I gave it 3 stars because the staff was always nice and it is a functional hotel. Another good thing is the location. You're within walking distance of Maya mall and many other great restaurants. Cons: hollow walls so you can hear everything your neighbor is doing unless you keep your air conditioner on to cancel out that noise. The Wi-Fi is very spotty and doesn't always work. The water pressure was inconsistent and also the shower head was quite short but that's to be expected given that I'm 6'3. For what I paid per night $27USD I won't say it's a bad deal so long as you get out of the hotel room and do some exploring.

Lustic-design room with dimmed light. Reasonable price in prime area, but no bellboy. You have to self-service your luggage carrying to the room.
