Power up Gym

I'm not even sure how I should review stuff here. I like Thailand, but alot a places just are too cheap and don't try hard enough. Like inside is clean there enough machines for such a small space. Both treadmills and free weights. No universal stack. But I couldn't find paper towels, and when I asked for towel to wipe of machine I hot this weird look and some crazy black dirty towel. Maybe lost in translation. I went to use the locker room, and that's exactly what was there super small lockers, upstairs was a bathroom with no working light and the water turned off.
Like if there was just a bit more it be amazing little spot. Maybe this is Thai gym standard not sure. It's totally worth going to if your in neighborhood. But just know about facilities.

You get what you pay. But this gym is really underwhelming for the price charged. You feel that it has potential to be a 3 or 4 star gym if it tries a little harder. The location is ok. The trainer is ok. The equipment is limited(lack of leg machines) and the place is dirty. So deserving of a 2-star rating. Go to HUG gym or Mayan Gym across the road.

I don't mind a small gym, but they're selection of barbells and kettle bells is limited and everything has seen it's best days. That together with that they're charging the same prices as the other gyms in the area made me switch.
Still if you need to go once or twice and can't be bothered to walk a bit further its OK.

Pretty good gym, has the basic essentials - squat rack, leg press, bench press, treadmills, free weights, etc. just be wary that there isn’t any air conditioning on - there is a fan in the far corner of the gym that you can turn on, which works great (especially after you’ve been dying from the heat and working out)

Adequate gym with good range of equipment and some of the most competitive prices in Chiang Mai. Air con, wifi.

No equipment for legs except 1 leg press. Too hot because staff doesn't turn on enough AC.

80 bhat x day for basic gym there's better near by.
