They closed the “Pancake House” location and relocated closer to the airport with the new name “Butter is Better Too!.” Same staff and menu. Great place for Western breakfasts and a better experience than the original Butter is Better Restaurant near the SE corner of the moat.

Good pancake but the drinks like, shake or juice.. They used syrup too sweet.. Its not made from real fruits... Also waffles came with too much whipped cream :(

One of my family’s favorite places to eat, has great gluten free options and tastes so good. I really like the retro diner theme, it’s very unique and my dad enjoys reminiscing on the old days there. The service is excellent and there’s not a long wait for the food once you order. They also have funny descriptions under the items of food and that just makes the overall experience more fun and fresh. The parking at Mae Hia is a nightmare, but coming here makes it worth it. Yep, I recommend this restaurant for sure.

Seem to share the same name and location as Butter is Better diner. Interesting place in Chiangmai.

Lots of choice. Very good waffle: crispy and fluffy. Friendly staff
