For the money it is very good. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and all the basic amenities. I was treated very well and served a herbal tea my the host. As well as sticky rice and egg for breakfast. And they have free coffee toast and fruits available. I have stayed in several places on my trip and this one stood out. Also one quiet street not noisy.

Nice staff, gave us 4 free water bottles when we went looking for extras. Good breakfast in the morning, even had gegetarian options which was nice. Rooms were nice ans clean and the bed surprisingly comfy. Oh, and the complimentary slippers were those fish slipper which was hilarious.
