Lovely/Warm/willing-to-help staff. Location is great just a 1 min walk to Tha Phae gate. The PUI room has an amazing beautiful view. Nice sleep. Just prepare that no elevator and you must carry all stuff to the 4th floor, great exercise LOL.

Great hostal. Breakfast was one of the best I have received for free. Installations are clean and really comfortable, the staff are very kind and they are always friendly to help you find your way in the city. The place is neat and you can rest. every bunk bed has curtains which makes it more private to sleep in a shared room.

I stayed at Muan Hostel for 4 nights. I was happy with the 24 hour help desk which made it easy to ask questions early in the morning. It has the best central location and it was close to a bus stop to and from the airport. It is connected to a really nice restaurant who luckily took credit cards on my last night in Chiang Mai with no cash. The beds have privacy curtains and the bathroom was cleaned regularly. One of the best hostels I stayed in Thailand. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice hostel with comfortable beds and great showers. Breakfast was good and more extensive than a usual hostel breakfast including eggs, sticky rice and French toast. Location is very central. Only downside was it would have more communal space. Overall I'd recommend the hostel to anyone staying in Chiang Mai.

Easily the best hostel I've stayed at while in Chiang Mai. Friendly staff, nice rooms, showers are actually warm, great amount of personal storage, clean facilities, a really good free breakfast, and the staff are super willing to help out with your plans. I left this hostel to try another and I regretted it. I would recommend this place to another visiting Chiang Mai.

Nice hostel, well located. Take top bed if you wanna get some AC otherwise it gets hot in the bottom bunk. Nice breakfast although not really social place to meet lots of people but rather a cafe place to relax

Muan Hostel is a fun and cozy feeling hostel. The staff are very kind, the room looked very clean. The environment of the hostel are cozy. With rustic-industrial feeling I would say it feels relaxing to stay in here.

Muan Hostel located in a commute place. Just across the Tha Phae Gate, one of chiang mai sightseeing attractions.

The only downward is that the hostel seems to be empty. For incase in my 3 days of stays, me and my brother happen to be the only person stays in the 8 bed room.

Now, I know it can be upward if you like privacy and doesn't want to socialize much. But if you seek for social hostel, Muan may not be the right place.

Overall, I give them 5 stars because of the service they offered.
