I haven’t eaten here yet. The owner of the cafe also runs the self service laundry next to it, and she was very sweet and helpful. She tried her best to speak English. The laundry place has a dryer! Most places in the area done have a dryer so it’s the better option if you want to wash and dry in one place.

So very simple sandwiches, at very reasonable prices. Great coffee and smoothies too. We're talking like 20 to 40 bhat for a sandwich. And similar for coffee. The atmosphere is very cozy and quaint. The lady is so nice and speaks enough English to understand you. This is a really great place and we'll worth the visit. Free WiFi, although I didn't test the speed.

Owner hometown Kunming so can speak Mandarin. Very friendly and helpful, made a good cup of coffee.
Beside the shop they have auto laundry Svs, light wash 10Baht and dry 30 baht. Can have a drink and breakfast while waiting for laundry to be done. Good.

It’s really a mama’s place. The owner is really friendly and will convince you to try her bread and jam. Prices are ???? ???? ????
