This hotel is lovely and a very relaxing and classy place to stay. The rooms are not very big, but sufficient and in a very good location. The design of the hotel is probably one of the nicest I have ever visited. See the photos. The staff are the best. Nothing is too much or a problem. The only thing I would change is the breakfasts. They have set menus. Set 1,2,3,4,5 etc. it seems you are stuck to what they offer in each set. I would have loved scrambled eggs on toast, but it was not on the menu. Only fried or omelette. A little flexibility on the menu would have been perfect. If there was a pool I would class this to being 5 star.

Supernice and clean Hotel! The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. They really set an example and can keep up with any 5-star Hotel in the world. The room is small but cozy and nice. Good value for the money. Don‘t expect a lot of luxury - this is perfect if you want a cute and beautiful little place where you feel welcome and safe.

The breakfast should be completely redone though - it‘s not good at all. Neither the selection, nor the quality and presentation. But that didn‘t bother us at all - there‘s tons of amazing cafe‘s in the area nearby.

The location is also absolutely amazing. This is my favorite Hotel in Chiang Mai and I will come back! Absolute recommendation!

Probably the most satisfied hotel experience. Very nice setup and about 5 minutes walking distance to the central town.
Don't miss their breakfast, many options to choose from and super delicious too.

Probably the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The breakfast is delicious and included in the room rate. Amazing location with so much within walking distance. There’s even a library! It really is a dream.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 1 month and truly enjoyed it.

Really courteous staff that heartwarmingly greet you at the door. Staff that will remind you to take a umbrella when it’s about to rain, advise you on where to visit (e.g. walking street) or eat (we had the best mookata which was recommended by the staff @ only 199 THB per person).

Breakfast comes with a variety of options (big breakfast, porridge, fried rice, fried noodle, etc.) all tasty with a serving of hot tea/coffee, glass of orange juice, and serving of local fruits.

Rooms are extremely clean and stocked with free fruits and beverages. The location of the hotel is convenient with quick access to the Sunday night market.

Wifi is great and I enjoyed working from the library where it is quiet and had a wonderful view.

Would highly recommend and will revisit.

By far the most beautiful and amazing hotel ive had the chance of going to!! So so so beautiful, attention to detail, clean, location, staff - everything was sooo wonderful! Highly recommend. I will definitely be coming back to Makka!
